Layla’s Launch Pad is a private provider of Career and Post-Secondary coaching, dedicated to helping students smoothly transition from high school to post-secondary education, employment, and independent living. The business provides individualized services to high school students.
The mission of Layla’s Launch Pad is to help students gain the skills they need to reach their goals and dreams through individualized support. Layla’s Launch Pad gives students the confidence to dream big and the knowledge to achieve those dreams and long-term success. By providing students with the necessary knowledge and resources, they will be able to identify their career and life goals, develop workplace-applicable skills, and explore their opinions in adulthood.

Layla’s Launch Pad serves students through flexible, individualized coaching that emphasizes supporting those who face challenges in traditional settings or barriers that impact their ability to achieve successful employment and educational outcomes.
In the first session, we will discuss your individual needs, which services apply to you, your goals, and create an individualized plan that will benefit you.
After creating a plan, we will be able to meet virtually for one hour at a date, time, and frequency that best suit your needs.
If virtual meetings are not ideal for you, we can meet for one hour at a public meeting place (library, coffee shop, park, etc.) that works for you.
